Stereo pan/tremolo, made in Japan, 1970's. The circuit is the panning section of the famous FP-777 Flying Pan. With a single input and dual outputs it's a mono tremolo (using one output) or a panning tremolo (using both outputs). Maxon also produced these for Ibanez as the ST800.This is the very rare earlier model with battery power only.
