Made in Japan, 1988 - 89, loaded with USA ‘52 pickups, recently fret dressed and ready to rock and/or roll. Someone has drilled multiple small holes in the headstock - maybe for some failed string trees. There are a few behind the bridge on the body too. There has also been an attempt to add a switch of some kind in the bottom horn, as a hole in the scratch plate has been made and a part of the body carved out to make space - see photos. Small chip in the top edge of the body. The finish on the neck is starting to flake off. Despite the aesthetic anomalies it is an excellent player, very slim neck, super comfortable to play.
