Epiphone - EB-0

2006 Made in China - Bolt on Neck EB-0 Bass (later dubbed the SG Bass for modern reissues). A recreation of the 60’s/70’s Gibson Solid Body Bass. The EB-0 features a single ‘Mudbucker’ / Sidewinder at the high neck position, yielding a unique tone that can divide the opinions of many bass players (it’s called a Mudbucker for this reason). This particular version of the EB-0 differs from both earlier and later versions as it features a short scale 30 inch neck, as well as the 38mm nut width (that was popular in Gibson’s 1970’s era). Ultimately this bass is a good choice / stepping stone for smaller arms/hands or for those switching from guitar to bass. Plays well - One neck screw replaced.
