This is a superb handcrafted classical guitar by renowned Japanese luthier Atsushi Miyano, made in Kawane, Japan 2001. Bearing serial number 30572 and signed internally, this instrument is estimated to be equivalent to a No.120 model or a high-tier custom workshop build.
It features a solid spruce top paired with stunning solid rosewood back and sides, beautifully bookmatched with a multi-stripe backstrip and high-gloss finish. The top is bordered with elegant double binding, and the intricate mosaic rosette is classic of Miyano’s refined aesthetic. The mahogany neck includes a full-length ebony reinforcement strip, and the fretboard appears to be dark-stained rosewood or ebony. Internally, it’s built with traditional Spanish fan bracing for excellent projection and tonal warmth.
