Made in Japan during the late 1960s, the Honey SEB-30 is a rare short-scale hollowbody bass produced during Honeys brief period of operation.
It features a fully hollow, double-bound violin-style body, bound rosewood fingerboard with block inlays, twin pickups, floating wooden bridge and three-way pickup selector. Its most distinctive feature is the elaborate slotted scroll headstock.
This example retains its Honey branded pickguard and presents with extensive finish checking, scratches and general play wear throughout, consistent with its age. Includes a vintage hard case with no foam.
