A museum-grade collectors piece: a custom Niavent bouzouki by Greek master luthier Stamkos Panagiotis, commissioned for and later signed on the headstock by a globally celebrated bouzouki virtuoso Manolis Karantinis in 2011. This is a show-stopping instrument with extraordinary craftsmanship and rock-solid provenance.
This bouzouki is based on Niavent’s top-tier 8-string Model #14 and features a hand-carved Honduran cedar soundboard, and a Honduran cedar neck paired with a varnished ebony fingerboard decorated with mother-of-pearl and synthetic shell inlays. The instrument is finished with extensive dragon-themed abalone ornamentation, multi-layer binding, and a professional-grade pickup system for stage performance.
Included with this piece is photographic provenance confirming its authenticity & ownership by Manolis.
