Gibson - Custom Shop 57 Les Paul Custom
Gibson USA Custom Shop 2003.
Extremely rare 57 Custom two pickup model in a faded cherry nitro finish.
Single piece highly resonant and light Mahogany body, with no maple cap, single piece Mahogany neck with long tenon join, ebony fingerboard and a late 50s round C carve probably closer to a 59.
Mother of pearl inlays, custom Burstbuckers, Grover butterbean tuners, ABR bridge, hand wired CTS pots and bumblebee capacitors.
This beauty has been well played and the finish is worn to a satin matt feel on the back of the neck, with a lot of swirls and wear showing on the back, some scratches and a lot of player wear all round but no structural damage.
All original apart from upgraded bone nut (original 50s spec nylon nut included).
