Yamaki F-140 - Made in Japan, c.1972-74. Built during Yamakis highly regarded early 1970s production, the F-140 was an upper-midrange dreadnought originally priced at 40,000 Yen. It features a solid spruce top, rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, original Yamaki sealed tuners and multi-ply binding. Crafted before the introduction of the later YW and YM series.

Made in Japan by Hayashi Gakki during the early 1970s, this Pearl Hummingbird is a high-quality Japanese interpretation of Gibson's famous Hummingbird.

And yes, this is the same Pearl Musical Instrument Company that made Pearl drums.

It features a spruce top, rosewood fingerboard, and Hummingbird pickguard. Pearl produced guitars for only a short period before returning its focus to drums, making these Hayashi-built models increasingly collectible. Recently fret dressed.
