A beautifully appointed vintage Japanese dreadnought from Morris, dating from approximately 1976-78. The W-40 features a laminated spruce top with striking laminated jacaranda back and sides, including an attractive three-piece jacaranda/chestnut/jacaranda back.
This example features the vertical Morris headstock logo, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, decorative body binding and purfling, distinctive cross-style fingerboard inlays and Morris-branded enclosed tuners. Excellent condition.
