Greco - VB-500

Made in Japan in 1983, this is one of Greco's higher-spec Hofner-style hollow-body bass models. Features a fully hollow body with spruce top, flamed maple back and sides, tobacco sunburst finish and full binding.

Fitted with two Greco humbucking pickups and a traditional Höfner-style control panel with Rhythm/Solo, Bass On and Treble On switches and individual volume controls. Hardware includes a floating wooden bridge, trapeze tailpiece, set neck and rosewood fingerboard. Control knobs are non-original.

Condition: Excellent, with one chip to the headstock
Repair/Modification Notes: Rewired due to cold solder joints. Non-original control knobs.
