Made in Japan Fender Stratocaster ST-57 (’57 reissue) from the early 1990s. This example features a classic ’57-style look with a one-piece maple neck, vintage-style tuners, and traditional Stratocaster hardware layout.
The electronics have been upgraded with CTS potentiometers and an Orange Drop capacitor. Two of the pickups have been replaced with noiseless single-coil pickups, offering reduced hum while retaining a Strat-style response.
Cosmetically, the guitar shows significant player wear, including noticeable fretboard grooves, chips and dings across the body, and areas where wear has been previously touched up or coloured in.
Overall Condition: Fair / Good (Chips throughout the body that look to have been coloured in)
Repair notes: Upgraded CTS pots, orange drop cap. 2 x noiseless pickups.
