Vintage 1974 -1975 - Script Logo Phase 100 - MXRs first blood in the colour wars.
Unlike the Phase 45 and Phase 90 which use FETs are variable resistors to control the LFO, vthe Phase 100 uses something similar to a Uni-Vibe, normally known by the brand name Vactrol; essentially an LED and photocell encased in epoxy to eliminate ambient light for maximum effectual depth.
The Phase 100 is a 10-stage Phaser, offering much more articulation in the phase cycle vs 4 stage (as per the Phase 90).
