DeArmond - Starfire
DeArmond by Guild Starfire, made in Korea in the late 1990s. It features a laminated maple semi-hollow body with a sunburst finish and a set maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. The guitar is fitted with USA-made DeArmond Gold Tone humbuckers and a tune-o-matic bridge upgraded with GraphTech saddles (originals in the case). It has a D shaped stop tailpiece, cream binding, and standard controls for two volumes, two tones, and a three-way selector.
With brown hardcase.

Fitted with three Fender Lace Sensor Gold single-coil pickups. Electronics include a 25 dB active mid-boost circuit and TBX tone control powered by a 9 V battery. Controls are master volume, master mid-boost, and TBX tone. Five-way pickup selector. American Vintage synchronized tremolo, with Kluson-style tuners and vintage bent-steel saddles.
Original pots look to have been replaced with newer CTS pots dated from 2007. Classic Ciggy burn on the headstock.
Recently setup and fret dressed.

Frets are in excellent condition. A crack has appeared in the heel, it doesn’t move when pressure applied, so seems stable. Plays really well. With leather gig bag.
