Vintage 1977-1978 Made in England by Dallas Arbiter - Solid State Rectified - 4 x EL84 Tubes - 2 x Ceramic VOX Speakers. Dallas developed an innovative redesign of the AC-30 that replaced the hand wired tag strips with similar PCB strips (see Fig. 2). Made from green translucent FR-4 glass-fiber reinforced polyester resin, these PCB strips retained the original layout of the hand wired tag strips but required less time to assemble. The PCB tag strips were populated with electronic components prior to installation in the chassis and then hand wired to the chassis mounted controls and tube sockets. This design offered Dallas the best compromise between a point-to-point, hand wired amp and one using a PCB. Comes with Original Footswitch and a yet to be installed replacement handle (for the right side)!

VOX - AC30 Rose Morris 1988

Vintage 1988 ~ 1993 Made in UK - The last of the British Made Vox amps produce by Rose Morris before later acquisition by Korg. This variant had a similar circuit to the classic 60’s design but used solid state diode rectification instead of a tube. Both speakers replaced/upgraded WGS speakers. w/footswitch
