Bogner - New Yorker
The Bogner New Yorker is a USA-made boutique, single-channel valve combo designed around the feel, tone and dynamic response of small 1950s tweed amplifiers. Its cathode-biased Class A power section uses a pair of 6V6 tubes, delivering 12 watts with a lower-power setting for studio or lower-volume use.
Simple Volume and Tone controls are paired with Bogner’s four-position Schizo control, offering three tweed-inspired voicings and a cleaner, scooped blackface-style setting. The solid pine cabinet uses a floating Baltic birch speaker baffle for a lively, resonant response.
This example is fitted with a Celestion Creamback 12 inch speaker.
