A true traditional Bandoneon - Purchased in Buenos Aires in the February 2005 - Vintage 1960s ~ 1970s ish - Argentinean Made clone of an Alfred Arnold style Bandoneon. Potentially built using parts from an Original AA model, but this is just speculation. Plays true and has no issues with the bellows. An incredibly rare and highly sought after instrument that is core to the Argentinean Tango sound.
Originally intended as a instrument to accompany visiting missionaries from Germany, the Bandoneon was repurposed and transformed into a core component of Argentinean identity through the unique music that was made with it.

A museum-grade collectors piece: a custom Niavent bouzouki by Greek master luthier Stamkos Panagiotis, commissioned for and later signed on the headstock by a globally celebrated bouzouki virtuoso Manolis Karantinis in 2011. This is a show-stopping instrument with extraordinary craftsmanship and rock-solid provenance.

This bouzouki is based on Niavent’s top-tier 8-string Model #14 and features a hand-carved Honduran cedar soundboard, and a Honduran cedar neck paired with a varnished ebony fingerboard decorated with mother-of-pearl and synthetic shell inlays. The instrument is finished with extensive dragon-themed abalone ornamentation, multi-layer binding, and a professional-grade pickup system for stage performance.
